BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY ALBERTSON STADIUM

The North End Zone project at Albertsons Stadium is a transformative redevelopment that will infill the existing north bleacher seating with a modern, multi-functional structure designed to elevate the game-day experience and operational capacity. This ambitious undertaking introduces new premium seating options, including exclusive loge boxes and field-level suites, alongside additional general admission seating to bolster fan capacity. A central feature of the project is the construction of a dedicated dining hall and club room, providing Boise State University student-athletes with a first-class nutrition and gathering space, seamlessly integrated into the stadium's new architecture.

The project's primary intent is to comprehensively address current structural and experiential deficits. It will significantly enhance the fan journey by improving entrance efficiency to eliminate long queues, expanding concourse circulation, and adding much-needed restroom facilities and concession stands. Operationally, the redevelopment tackles critical needs, including upgraded visiting team facilities, a full training table kitchen, and flexible office or classroom space. Furthermore, the new design incorporates premiere access for event logistics, strategically positioning the stadium to generate additional revenue by hosting large-scale entertainment events like concerts, ensuring its status as a premier venue year-round.
